General meetings are a time for the executive team to inform the student body of the activities of the society, it also is where motions are made for allocation of funds for various events and projects. During this meeting there will also be nominations, optional speech time and voting period for an election.
If you have never been to a meeting before this is a great one to attend because we will be introducing each executive role and explaining plans for the new executive term. General meetings will be held regularly throughout the semester.

- Executive at Large elections (x2)
- Open Floor
- Approval of Minutes
Executives at Large Election:
On Wednesday we will vote during the meeting for 2 Executive at Large positions for the Computing Science Student Society. Being an Executive at Large is a great way to get involved with the CSSS. In this position you can work with other executives to help perform their duties, plan events and be a representative for the society. It also is a way to make new connections.

You are a member of the CSSS if you are a major, minor, or honours of any undergraduate program offered by the School of Computing Science.
All students who are currently enrolled in any undergraduate course offered by the School of Computing Science.
An honourary member of the Computing Science Student Society.
Voting is restricted to Members only.
