Silicon Valley Information Session

Our information session will be held on October 9th, 2023 in TASC 9204 at 4 PM. The information session will take roughly 1 hour and will be recorded for those who are unable to make it.

Computing Science Student Society Annual Silicon Valley Trip Interest Survey

Hello everyone,


The CSSS is excited to announce the return of the Silicon Valley trip ❤


If you have ever wondered what working in Silicon Valley is like, you will gain value from this trip! We are planning to visit 6-7 tech companies and receive campus tours, speak to SFU alumni working down there, and more!
 
Please note, this is not a free trip, but it will be subsidized to bring the cost down. The cost breakdown will be discussed at the Info Session.
 
Please fill out this form so that we can gauge interest. 

The info session has not yet been scheduled but will most likely be in mid-October.

It is I. As in "I'm the best." 😎
It is also I as in...

I would like to announce that 🔥 The CSSS's Bi-Weekly Board Games Night is BACK!!! 🔥
The first will be this Friday, Sept. 22, from 05:00-08:30 PM @ TASC1 9204.

There will be lots of board games, TONS of pizza 🍕 and pop! ⚡

Now we need to have a serious chat...

You've heard people say that "the pen is mightier than the sword," right?

...well, I'll let you in on a little secret. The microphone is even mightier than the pen! 🎤 > ✏

that's why (using hyper-logic) WE'RE HAVING KARAOKE in BGN!!!

So join us, bring your friends (whether they're in CS or not! all are welcome), for we shall be singing long into the night, so that the stars and galaxies far away can hear us too (I'm 1000% sure they heard me singing "Hey Jude!" last Spring, I can still hear it at night 💀)
