Q: What is a General Meeting?
A: General Meetings are how the Computing Science Student Society passes information along to the student body and motion money to be spent on items and events. By attending you will get to have a better understanding how we operate and have
a say in how we run.
The following is the Agenda:

Want to help us add some mascots to the CSSS's expanded universe for use in a trading card game coming soon to The Fall Mystery Column Seasonal? π§
Multiple winners will be selected for this contest and winners will be given a free copy of their artwork in card and sticker form.
You will be able to submit up to two entries in n(2.25)β³ x n(3.25)β³ (wxh) size where n is a scalar multiple

It is an opportunity for students to network with leading employers and to learn from talented speakers on the latest topics and skills in the tech industry. Most importantly, itβs a place for students to form connections and unique experiences with over 400
peers from universities across the country!
CUSEC is currently looking for a head delegate from SFU to help promote CUSEC to the school!

π Waterloo HackRx 2022

With its inception from Waterloo's School of Pharmacy, in Waterloo HackRx students will be competing in inter-professional teams of pharmacy, medical, nursing, engineering and computer science backgrounds to create the best pharmacy
technology innovation.
This event would be a great way for computer science students to learn more about health tech and to connect with students of other backgrounds.
This event will be fully virtual and happen over a weekend and will feature keynote speakers, workshops, panels and social events.

Want to help welcome new students to SFU in the Fall? Be part of supporting new students by helping them connect and feel welcome at SFU!
SFU is looking for HIVE Welcome Leaders from all Faculties to facilitate social and orientation activities this Fall. Not only are you helping new students, you will develop your leadership, problem-solving, and event planning skills,
