The next general meeting for the CSSS will be held on October 22nd! 

Day: October 22nd, 2021 
Time: 5 pm-6 pm 
Location: TASC 1-9204 + Online on the CSSS Discord in the #General_Meetings Voice Channel (https://discord.gg/sfucsss)

The following is the Agenda: 
- Report of Officers 
- Announcements 
- Motions
- Open Floor 
- Approval of Minutes

You are automatically a member of the CSSS if you are a declared CMPT Major, Minor, or Honours in any program of study offered at the undergraduate level by the School of Computing Science; or currently enrolled in any undergraduate course offered by the School of Computing Science; or are an Honorary Member of the Society.

Voting is restricted to Members only.

FAS Virtual Games Night - Friday, October 15th

Hi all,


On Friday, October 15th starting at 8pm, join the CSSS alongside the other Departmental Student Unions in FAS for a night of online board games, socializing and more! This event is a great chance to meet fellow peers in your community as well as those from different programs within the faculty. We will be playing various different party games such as Jackbox, skribbl.io, Among Us, Codenames and more, all while having a great time!

Starting Time: 8pm

As always, this event is open to everyone, so invite your friends to the event!

Q: What is a General Meeting? 
A: General Meetings are how the Computing Science Student Society passes information along to the student body and motion money to be spent on items and events. By attending you will get to have a better understanding how we operate and have a say in how we run.

Hello everyone,

Happy October! We hope you are doing well this in-person semester. On Friday, October 8th, at 6.00pm*, join the CSSS in yet another Board Games Night to conclude your long week.

*This event is set to start at 6pm, but may begin earlier or later than that time depending on when the CSSS General Meeting concludes.
