Announcements:

CSSS FROSH 2023 Individual Sponsors

posted by Micah Baker on July 25, 2023, 4:15 p.m.

Hello CSSS members,

We are happy to announce that we are looking for individual sponsors for FROSH 2023!

To explain:

The CSSS is planning FROSH for this upcoming year, which is also SFU CS's 50th anniversary.
To honour this special year, we decided to do something different: we want you to leave your mark on FROSH 2023!

If you choose to sponsor this event, you leave your mark on FROSH with a drawing representing your initials, signature, or something important to you.
This drawing will be visible in a mural on every froshee's T-shirt.
Additionally, you will receive a CSSS sticker, on us!
You are eligible to be an individual sponsor if you are a current SFU student, and you don't represent an organization or company.

Individual sponsorship is $25.

If you are interested in becoming an individual sponsor, please fill out this form:

and contact the FROSH Co-Chairs (csss-froshchair@sfu.ca) to organize an in-person exchange.
The mark that you will leave on FROSH T-shirts must be created in-person with the approval of both the FROSH Co-Chairs.
Please organize for this to be done in one of the CSSS common rooms (ASB 9802, or ASB 9971).

If you have any questions...
...regarding FROSH 2023 or individual sponsorship, contact the FROSH Co-Chairs (csss-froshchair@sfu.ca) (Isabelle and Micah).
...regarding the CSSS and its organization, please contact a CSSS executive (csss-exec-current@sfu.ca).

We hope that you're just as excited about FROSH as we are!

Best,

Isabelle & Micah
